2. Products & Orders

- All items listed on our site are subject to availability.

 - We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

 - By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Pricing & Payment

- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods provided at checkout.

- Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

- We apologize for the high shipping prices due to our products being shipped from Hawaii

4. Shipping & Delivery

- Orders are shipped based on the timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy.

- Premade orders will be shipped within a week 

- Preorders may take anywhere from 6-10 weeks to be shipped

-  We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors once the package has been shipped.

5. Returns & Exchanges

- We do not accept returns unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

-  If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

-  Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
